Keep your PC and laptop the same
Receipts/invoices, receipt photos, VAT/bookkeeping data, settings, categories and your encrypted Password Vault are all included.
Sync Password
Use the exact same password on both devices. This is separate from your Password Vault master password.
Upload the complete copy
Use this on the PC that already has your complete bookkeeping and Password Vault. If that PC has 171 receipts, this page should show 171 receipts under “This Device”.
Wait for Cloud backup verified ✓ before leaving the PC.Check, then download
Enter the same Sync Password. Check Cloud first so you can confirm the cloud receipt count before downloading.
After download and reload, “This Device” should match “Cloud Backup”.Password Vault
Keep account details for email, Fortnite, Steam and other services in a separate encrypted vault.
The vault stays encrypted locally and is also included in Cloud Sync — EVERYTHING, together with your bookkeeping records.

Use at least 16 characters. If you forget it, the vault cannot be recovered.
